Reservations can be made online at Line-Up 2026 from 5 pm on the eve of the festival, Wednesday, January 28, 2026, around the clock, or by phone at +49 931 78023888. The lines will be open on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 5 pm to 8 pm. Online and telephone reservations will start at the same time. On Thursday, January 29, 2026, the lines will be open from 2 pm and from Friday to Sunday from 45 minutes before the first screening.

All reserved tickets must be collected and paid for at the box office in the Maschinenhaus half an hour before the start of the film. Uncollected tickets expire 30 minutes before the start of the screening. Only a limited number of tickets are available for online and telephone reservations.
Canceling a reservation
If you are unable to attend the screening you have booked, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation in the same way that you made it. This means by telephone if you made your reservation by telephone, or online if you made your reservation online.
