The whole world is in short film fever – and Würzburg is too! The Short Film Day on the Shortest Day of the Year – Presented by the Filminitiative Würzburg e.V. in cooperation with Kellerperle e.V.
Winter solstice is on 12.21.2017 and is the shortest day of the year. Six years ago, France, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Canada, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, the Czech Republic, etc. began celebrating the SHORT FILM DAY. All over Europe, short films are celebrated in all their diversity and creativity – in some places even for 24 hours. In Würzburg, of course, the film initiative Würzburg e.V. participates in this event and showed selected short films from the program “Strange Neighborhood” on at 8 pm in the Kellerperle.
