The Wuerzburg International Film Festival, in cooperation with the Wuerzburg Municipal Media Center, has once again put together a selection of feature films, documentaries and short films for children and young people from the media center’s film offerings. Some of the films were shown at the International Film Festival in previous years. The films are available to all schools in the city and district of Wuerzburg via the media center’s media catalog and/or the mebis media library. This gives teachers the opportunity to watch these films on demand with their students in class.
To access the films, you will need your school’s access data for the media center’s online service (the data is available to school administrators) or your mebis accounts.
Unfortunately, the regular school screenings in the cinema cannot take place this year.
The Wuerzburg Film Festival has been working closely with DOK.fest Munich for several years. The DOK.education team has developed digital teaching units staggered according to age groups, which teachers can access during the film festival.

The award-winning documentary Girl Gang, which screened at the 49th International Film Festival Wuerzburg, is currently available in the DOK.fest Munich online film library! In addition, the film education team of DOK.education has created a school accompanying material to the film.
